Admission Requirement

General Admission


Required Documents:

  • Academic Certificate: Official copy from previous institution.
  • Passport/National ID: Clear photocopy.
  • Photos: Two recent passport-size photos with a white background.
  • Registration Fee: Non-refundable; payable in Gh¢, $, €, or £.
  • Tuition Fee: Timely payment required to secure admission.

Note: All fees are non-refundable. Payments can be made via cash, cheque, or mobile money in the accepted currencies.

BOAM: Bilingual Office Administration and Management 

Anglophones  with

WASSCE CERTIFICATE :

  • Passes (D7 or better) in three core subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Credit passes (A1-C6) in three relevant electives, including French.

SSSCE CERTIFICATE:

  • Passes (D or better) in core subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Credit passes (A-C) in three relevant electives, including French.

A’level Certificate :

  • Passes in two subjects, including French.
  • Five O’level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.

Preparatory Year:

  • Anglophone applicants without French qualifications receive one-year training to reach DELF B1+ level before admission.

Special Candidates:

  • HND holders in related fields (e.g., Secretaryship & Management, Diploma in Business Studies) may enter the second year after an assessment of their qualifications, including French proficiency.

Francophones with

Baccalauréat:

  • AptitudeTests:
    Must pass written and oral English aptitude tests.

A’level Certificate Holders

  • Subjects:
    Passes in two subjects, including French.
  • O’level
    Credits:
    Five credits, including English Language and Mathematics.

Preparatory Year

  • English
    Training:
    One-year English training for Francophone applicants without
    relevant English qualifications, to reach proficiency before admission.

Special Candidates

  • HND
    Holders:
    In related fields (e.g., Secretaryship & Management,
    Diploma in Business Studies) may enter the second year after a
    qualification assessment, including French proficiency.
