Admission Requirement

 Our admission process for our students is designed to ensure a smooth and inclusive experience, fostering a diverse and enriching educational environment.

General Admission

To ensure a smooth and successful admission process, we kindly request all prospective students to provide the following documents:
  1. A certificate from their previous school:
  2. Please submit an official copy of your academic certificate or transcript from your previous educational institution.
  3. A photocopy of their passport or national ID:
  4. Provide a clear photocopy of your passport or national identification card for verification purposes.
  5. Two (2) passport-size photographs:
  6. Include two recent passport-size photographs with a white background.
  7. Registration fee:
  8. The non-refundable registration fee must be paid at the time of application. We accept payment via cash, cheque, or mobile money in Ghana Cedis (Gh¢), Dollars ($), or Euros (€) and pound sterling (£).
  • Tuition fee:
  • Along with the registration fee, please ensure timely payment of the tuition fee to secure your place at our institution.
  • Kindly note that all fees paid, including the registration and tuition fees, are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • For your convenience, you can make payment through any of the accepted currencies and payment methods stated above.

Admission Requirement for

Bilingual Office Administration and Management Students

a) West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination Applicants (WASSCE)
Passes (not below D7) in (3) core subjects including English Language and Mathematics; PLUS, credit passes (A1-C6) in three (3) relevant elective subjects including French.

b) Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination Applicants (SSSCE)
Passes (not below D) in the core subjects including English Language and Mathematics; PLUS credit passes (A-C) in three (3) relevant elective subjects including French.

– Holders of A’level certificates with passes in two (2) subjects, one of which must be French plus five (5) O’level credits including English Language and Mathematics.

Preparatory year
– Anglophone applicants with no relevant qualification in the French language are offered one-year training in French to bring them to the level of DELF B1+ before being admitted into the Programme.

Special Candidates
– Applicants who are holders of HND in related fields (e.g. Secretaryship & Management, Diploma in Business studies) or any other field of study are admitted to the second year of the programme following an assessment to ascertain their general level of qualification including French.

Admission Guidelines for Foreign Students for all courses except Language:

To ensure a smooth and successful admission process, we kindly request that all prospective students provide the following documents:

    1. A certificate from their previous school:

Please submit an official copy of your academic certificate or transcript from your previous educational institution.
Translations of documents not in English may be required.

    1. English Language Proficiency:

Demonstrate English language proficiency through recognized language certificate.
Applicants from English-speaking countries or those with previous education conducted in English may be exempted from this requirement.

    1. Acceptance and Enrollment:

If offered admission, you will receive an acceptance letter outlining the terms and conditions of enrollment.

    1. A photocopy of your passport or national ID:

Provide a clear photocopy of your passport or national identification card for verification purposes.

    1. Two (2) passport-size photographs:

Include two recent passport-size photographs with a white background.

Francophones applying with ‘‘Baccalauréat’’
– Francophone candidates’ holders of ‘’Baccalauréat’’ must pass in addition, written and oral aptitude tests in English Language.

– Holders of A’level certificates with passes in two (2) subjects, one of which must be French plus five (5) O’level credits including English Language and Mathematics.

Preparatory year
– Francophone applicants with no relevant qualification in the English language are offered one-year training in English to bring them to the level of Proficiency before being admitted into the Programme.
